Ashira’s background includes 13 years in Management and HR at companies in America, with 2 years abroad in Europe and Russia. She spent 5 years working in Retail Management & HR with a focus on Talent Development and Employee Engagement, where she created and led workforce improvement initiatives. She has worked with organizations ranging from family businesses to Fortune 100 companies, both in the US and abroad.
